In the Comments/Remarks, please indicate if you would be coming as one person, or two persons sharing a room. For groups, please apply in multiples of two persons. (Each pair requires a separate registration and payment.)
You may also state "coming alone but willing to share a room with another single person" - we will try to put you with another same gender person. In this case, it's better you make arrangements to pay by cash (see procedure below). If you make payment via Paypal, its transaction commission can't be returned to you.
In the Comment/Remarks space, please let us know if you have made payment via paypal, so that we can track and confirm your registration. If you have special diet/food restrictions, please let us know too.
Confirmation of registration
For those who are not residing in Thailand, there are two ways to confirm your registration. (1) When full payment is received via Paypal. (2) When you provide the itinerary-details of your return flight tickets. In this case, you can also opt to pay in Cash. For those who are residing in Thailand, confirmation of registration is only when full payment is received via Paypal. (With apologies, cash payment, as of 7 Jan 2019, is not available for those who are residing in Thailand.)

Please register and indicate that you intend to pay by cash on arrival. We will reply to you if there are still slots available. Then purchase your air-travel tickets and send us the confirmation number and details. We will then confirm your registration. When you arrive at the Center to sign-in, you can make the cash payment of 6300 Thai Baht, or its equivalent in US$, SG$ or Malaysian Ringgit, according to prevailing rates at the time. (We're sorry we're unable to accept other currencies. Please also be advised that exchange rates are quite high in Thailand.)
To pay via Bank transfer.
Please register first and indicate in the Comment/Remarks that you want to do a Bank Transfer. You will receive an email giving you the Bank Swift Code and Account Number for you to do the transfer. When making the Bank Transfer, please indicate "For Int.Edu.Cse from (your name)". Then inform us by email so that we can look out for it. Once the payment is received, your registration will be confirmed.
NOTE: For those who intend to stay on extra. The cost quote above covers the course fees, accommodation and meals from afternoon of 19 Feb to afternoon of 22 February 2019. Participants who wish to stay on extra days will have to arrange extra payment. For accommodation: 500 baht/day*, breakfast at 100 baht*, lunch/dinner meals each at 120 baht* -- all* per person. However, participants may have to leave by 11am on Sunday 24 Feb 2019 if there will be many participants for the next course. This can be confirmed closer to the date. Please let us know in the comment/remarks if you wish to stay on extra, your meal requirements, and flight departure date/time at which airport. We'll confirm how much extra you'll need to pay.
